Please note that we do not share customer details with third parties or store credit card details.
We personally hand deliver stunning dried and fresh, bespoke, flower bouquets around Glasgow & Ayrshire. Our delivery drivers are on the road delivering flowers and good vibes, Monday to Saturday between 10am and 6pm.
Due to the nature of our business we are unable to guarantee a time slot.
When sending bouquets to multiple addresses, you will need to order the bouquets separately in order for us to send these to the correct delivery address. If you wish to send more than one order to a single address, please adjust the requires quantity to the card.
Our flowers are subject to availability and as such the designs can vary from what is pictured on the site. We will always try out best to match these designs as closely as possible but if certain flowers aren’t avail able we will replace these with something similar, of equal or greater value. When you purchase a bouquet of flowers you are agreeing that the bunch delivered is subject to vary slightly from that picture on the website. When you place an advance order, this means we will ask you to let us know your favourite flowers but we cannot always guarantee we can fulfil this. Although we always try to accommodate these requests, if we are unexpectedly busy or one flower is far more poplar than the other, we deal with these on a first-come, first-served basis.

We can guarantee that our flowers to be at their best for at least 5 days if you follow the instructions on our “Care for Me” cards.
If you are unhappy with the condition of the flowers on delivery, you must inform us within 24 hours, we also request that you send us over a photograph.
